#TheSoundList: Vol. 9

Aaaaand we’re back! After a short hiatus, #TheSoundList is here with a vengeance, this time around, showcasing the sounds of the hottest artists on the rise. From Bryson Tiller to Kehlani and PARTYNEXTDOOR, Volume 9 brings back the soothing flavor you’ve been craving during your hectic days. Chill out with Marc E. Bassy and Pia Mia’s collab on “Faded,” before getting hyped to Tavis Scott’s “3500” with Future and 2 Chainz. Let us set the vibes for your productive week. Whether in the office or driving with the windows down, there’s something here for your every moment.

Marc E. Bassy ft. Pia Mia and Wynter Gordon – Faded

I have not been able to turn this song off. Marc E. Bassy’s silky smooth voice backed up by Pia Mia’s chilled out vocals makes for a feel good song you won’t be able to turn off.

A classic PND song, “FWU” gives you that raw bass and is full of head bumping moments where you’ll get lost in the music.

Bryson Tiller – Just Another Interlude

Bryson Tiller is hands down one of my favorite artists on the rise right now. Every song he puts out is better than the last, where he showcases his pen and vocal skills. Be on the look out for Young Tiller.

Travis Scott ft. Future & 2 Chainz – 3500

If you heard Rodeo, you know that this is one of the most fire songs on the album. Leave it to the Turn Up Kings Travis Scott and Future to create a song that will have you jamming strong the whole way through.

Kehlani ft. Charlie Puth – Hotline Bling (Remix)

Does Kehlani even need an explanation? The answer is a most definite no. As if we couldn’t love her more, the Oakland songstress joins forces with Charlie Puth (from Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again”) for her own rendition on Drake’s “Hotline Bling” that is equally impressive as the original version, if not more. Her vocals need no introduction. Let the song do the talking.

The Game ft. Drake – 100

The Game and Drizzy team up to spit the truth in their new collaboration “100.” Both rappers touch on the Cash Money drama and their enemies, requesting that anyone that comes in contact with them should keep it nothing less than 100.

Aaliyah ft. PARTYNEXTDOOR – One in a Million (Mash Up)

So this just might be the most insane Aaliyah mash up I’ve ever heard. Many have tried and most have failed – but only PARTYNEXTDOOR has succeeded. This song is pure golden vibes.

Big Sean ft. Jhene Aiko – I Know

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have great work chemistry, and it’s especially obvious in this song. They just flow. Listen to “I Know” below.

SPZRKT – Blind Man

SPZRKT is a gem I discovered on Soundcloud, and his song “Blind Man” has been my jam for months now. It’s only fair I shared!

Kaytranada – Love and Pain

A not-surprisingly refreshing remix from the gawd Kaytranada, the song “Love and Pain” will make you dance, reminisce, and fall in love all at the same time.
